Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Because many of our products are handmade, processing times may vary depending on order volume.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Typical delivery times are:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Dom’s Divine Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Dom’s Divine Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging.
We will review the issue and may offer a replacement product or store credit.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or high shipping volumes. Dom’s Divine Beauty is not responsible for delays once the package has been shipped.
